At Kakadu Traders, we stand by the durability of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic Kakadu Traders tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
